Delete your FarmLoop account

FarmLoop (developed by FarmLoop) lets you request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. You can do this yourself inside the app, or by emailing us. Here's how.

Option 1 — In the FarmLoop app

1. Open the FarmLoop app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately and you're signed out.

Option 2 — By email

Send a deletion request from the email address on your account to hello@farmloop.ie with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account and login credentials
• Your profile details (name, email, location)
• Your saved items and interests
• Any listings and seller profile you created
• Your messages and conversations

What may be kept, and for how long

We may retain a limited amount of information where we're legally required to (for example, records needed for fraud prevention or to meet legal obligations). Any such data is kept for no longer than 30 days after your request, then permanently deleted. We do not sell your data.
